1.  Is Cristall Opticians Open?
   Yes, we are open adhering to Provincial Covid recommendations.

2. When does my eyeglass prescription expire?
   That all depends on what your optometrist recommended. Most prescriptions expire within a couple of years. Please call us for details

3. Can I use my eyeglass prescription to order contact lenses online?
   We do not recommend it. The contact lens prescription may very in some cases from your eyeglasses. We recommend that you have a professional contact lens fitting by eyecare professional to ensure the highest level of vision care.

4. How do I get an eye exam?
   Please call us and we will gladly arrange one for you.

5. Do you sell eyeglasses or contact lenses online?  
   To maintain a high level of quality eyecare we invite you into our stores.

6. Can you use an existing frame and just get new lenses?
   Yes, although from time to time because of the wear and tear on a frame we caution our clients that it is at your own risk.
